What's your name and what do you do at INIT?
My name is Maximilian and I’m 22 years old. I’ve been with INIT since September 2020 and after completing my training as an industrial clerk, I now work in the Purchasing department.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
What I enjoy most is that there are always different tasks to perform since we mainly work in the project business, so every day is different. That means you‘re always dealing with new issues and so you always learn new things.
What would you tell a friend about why you should join INIT?
The work is really varied, you get to know a lot of new people, especially during your training, and lots of doors are then open to you for the future.
How would you describe INIT in one sentence?
INIT is a fast growing company with many different areas of responsibility. This offers young people in particular many opportunities for professional development.
