What's your name and what do you do at INIT?
My name is Franziska, I'm 23 years old and I'm studying business administration at Pforzheim University with a focus on human resources management. I am currently in my 7th and therefore last semester. I have been part of the HR team at INIT for over a year now. It all started with my internship semester in the summer of 2022. I really enjoyed my role and working with the INIT team so I stayed on as a working student afterwards. From June 2023, with INIT’s help and support, I will start writing my bachelor thesis.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
Working with a great team is one of the main reasons, also the opportunity to gain insights into the many different areas of HR and the fact that my working days at INIT are really varied and no day is ever the same.
What would you tell a friend about why you should join INIT?
At INIT, the concept of "we" is very important. Working together as a team, you receive appreciation and recognition for your work. Ideas and measures are developed together and you can contribute your own knowledge, which allows you to actively shape the future of mobility.
