Learning new things and sharing knowledge with others is an important aspect of INIT’s company culture. To drive this knowledge exchange, we launched our own ‘INIT talks’ (also known as ‘brown bag’ sessions!). These are informal meetings held over lunchtimes to either deliver a presentation in a more relaxed setting or to encourage the sharing of information. A variety of topics have already been covered since its successful launch last summer.
Whether it was about the megatrends of mobility, mindfulness or face reading, we always had great speakers and lots of listeners!
