On 3 August 2017, INIT Innovations in Transportation Inc., SQM and TQA celebrated the grand opening of their new North American Headquarters located in Chesapeake, Virginia/USA.

Celebrating the beginning of a new era
The building was constructed to integrate the formerly separated operations all under one roof. The headquarters is now workplace for around 90 personnel, including 20 manufacturing employees.
The grand opening ceremony included a formal ribbon-cutting with local City officials, media, and business partners, as well as The Honorable Dr. Alan P. Krasnoff, Mayor of Chesapeake. Guided tours of the 6,200 square metre facility were offered to the more than 100 guests.
