The theme of this year's campaign was #EmbraceEquity. Having same rights and chances is extremely important for gender equity. By participating in this year's campaign, INIT showed solidarity and also wants to contribute to gender justice.
Also, this year INIT supported this special day. Many INIT members around the world participated and sent us pictures of themselves as a collective sign for diversity and gender equity.
To raise awareness within our company, we hosted an interactive and inspiring presentation by experienced psychologist Cristina Gwynn on the 8th of March. In line with the theme #EmbraceEquity, it was about the key differences between Equality and Equity and why this is so important to know.
